Refund policy
If you would like to return an item for a refund, we accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the last item in your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If an item is returned to us used, opened, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for return before you send it back.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us, including where you are returning an order under your right of withdrawal. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Please return your item using the original packaging and a tracked delivery service. Your packing slip must be included inside the parcel so we can identify your order. Items returned without tracking that are lost in transit remain the responsibility of the sender.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear back in your account. In many cases, this may happen sooner.

Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid, including any delivery charges. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Cancellation requests handled by our team are processed manually during our office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will no longer be able to stop the shipment. However, you are still able to return your order to us after receiving it, provided the item(s) are returned to us unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days from the date they receive the last item in their order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You can do this by contacting us with your order number.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us without undue delay. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as items returned without tracking that are lost in transit remain the responsibility of the sender.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Original delivery charges will not be included in the refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the delivery address for you.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery details at checkout, and we cannot accept liability for orders lost or delivered incorrectly due to an address error.
In some cases, orders sent to invalid addresses may be returned to us by the courier. If this happens, we will contact you to offer either a refund or redelivery. Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund, and additional delivery charges will apply for redelivery.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue.
We may ask for photos or further information so we can assess the fault.
If your item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Faulty items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
If we require the faulty item to be returned to us, we will refund return postage costs once the item has been received and inspected.

Delayed or Lost Orders
Estimated delivery timings are shown at checkout and can also be found on our shipping information page.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. However, once an order has been dispatched, delays can occasionally occur while the parcel is in transit with the courier.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please first check the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email for the latest updates.
If your tracking has not updated for 15 consecutive days while in transit, your order may be considered lost and may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us with your order number and we will assist you further.
